國際訂購  International Orders

We ship internationally in the following regions: China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Korea, Philippines

a. Please email us the shipping address, items and quantities you wish to purchase.
b. The total cost of your order, including merchandise and shipping will be presented to you in email correspondence. And a pay pal bill will follow.
c. Pay Pal bill paid. (notice: You don’t need to have a pay pal account)
d. After payment is being confirmed, your parcel will be shipped out.

There will not be any additional costs billed upon delivery. Shipping is calculated based on your shipping location and the weight of your order. We ship all international orders DDU (delivered duty unpaid), and we do not collect VAT (value added taxes). All taxes and duty fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. 

※ For order over NT$1200, free shipping to Hong Kong and Macau.
※ Promotional codes and offers for domestic orders cannot be used on international orders.
※ We cannot offer gift box services on orders shipped internationally.

urban green目前接受以下國家收件的海外訂單：中國、香港、馬來西亞、新加坡、日本、韓國、菲律賓。
a. 請以email詳述收件人資訊（姓名、地址、電話）欲訂購的產品與數量。
b. urban green會以email回覆您訂單的金額與國際運費。並寄出PayPal付款通知信到您的信箱。
c. 您以pay pal完成付款（不需要是pay pal會員也可付款）
d. 付款完成後Pay pal會通知我們。兩天內我們會寄出貨物，並發送email通知您。
※ 訂單超過新台幣1200元，香港、澳門地區免運費     
※ 國際訂單恕無法使用折價券碼      
※ 國際訂單無禮盒包裝
